How do I place an order?

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

This is what makes Quickbox stand out from other box manufacturers, we have no minimum order quantity! We believe that all companies, no matter how big or small should be able to send their product out in the right size box.

What is the process for printed boxes?

Once your order has been placed we send your artwork to our designer, all we will need is your logo, image or text in a high res format such as .ai, and let us know where on the box you would like this placing (you can print as much or as little as you wish, the price is a set price). Our designer will then create a 3D mock up which is sent via email, you can see the box from all angles and make any changes before we send to production! The lead time is 2-3 days to get your 3D mock up then 7-10 days once you have approved your artwork. 

Can you make me bespoke size mailer?

Yes, absolutely! We can make most boxes - however these styles require a DIE CUT tool which has a one off cost of around £200. We can provide samples of these and we can also print on any bespoke mailer boxes. If you cannot see the style you require on our website, please contact us on!

Can we see a 3D visual before placing an order?

Absolutely! For a small cost of £10 we can add all your artwork to your box on a 3D visual. This means you can see the design with no commitment to buy!  

Can you provide samples?

We can provide samples, we have a sampling policy which you can view here

We charge for 1x box and this is then deducted from your subsequent order 

Which material is best for my boxes?

Single Wall boxes are constructed using one layer of fluting. They are the most commonly used boxes for ecommerce shipping packaging, as they are a cheaper alternative to double wall yet still provide rigidity and cushioned protection required of a shipping carton. 

Double Wall boxes are constructed with two layers of fluting, which provides a greater strength over the double wall, making them the perfect choice for heavier items or items which require a higher level of potection. The increase rigidity over the single wall, makes double wall te ideal choice for utilising in long term storage. We recommend to our customers to use double wall when shipping heavy items or for long term storage.

Which box style would work best?

0427/0426 - these are used for mailer or presentation purposes, these are mainly used for people who do not want their box to look like transit packaging. 

0411/0409 - These are idea for flat items such as canvas prints or headboards. These do require taping at the top and bottom. 

0300 - These are our tray and lid style boxes, they are commonly used for shallow products such as flat packed furniture. Please note these will require stapling or taping at the corners. 

0200 - This is regular case with closing flaps at one end only, these boxes are good for storage and can also be used in conjuction with other boxes. 

0201 - This is our standard and most popular box. It can be used for a variety of things such as storage or moving objects from one place to another. 

0320 - This is a telescopic box, basically made up of two 0200's with slightly different lengths and widths. These are often used for more than one sized product. 

PAD - This is a single sheet of cardboard, many of our customers use these as dividers within their boxes. 



Can you tell me the wall thickness of both your single wall and single wall heavy duty boxes?

Lightweight uses a 125gsm inner and outer line, heavyweight uses a 200gsm

Are the box dimensions internal or external?

All our measurements are internal, if you only have external and need advise on what your internal will be, please contact us.

Do you staple your larger boxes?

No, we use a gluing process not staples. We can provide stitched if you require but that would incur an extra cost, although we have found our gluing process is as strong as stitching. 

Can I get better prices the more I order?

Yes, our price breaks are at 200, 500, 1000, 3000 and 6000sqm. 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit or debit cards, PayPal and we can also send you our bank details for BACS payments

Can we open an account for payment?

Yes - we can offer credit accounts - please email for an application form 

Has my order been received?

We will send your an order acknowledgment via email when we have processed your order. You can also track the process in the your account page. 

Can you supply my business with regular large orders?

Absoloutely! We work with many customers who order on a regular basis. We can also offer discounts for regular trade customers. Call our sales team to discuss 

What is your delivery lead time?

We aim to deliver all plain boxes within 5 working days, 10/14 working days for printed boxes and around 7/10 days for boxes which require a DIE CUT tool.

Do you have an express delivery option?

Yes we do! Some boxes we can make from stock material - this means we do not have to order it in. If you order before 11am you can have your boxes delivered the next working day. Use our express calculator for this option. 

Are the boxes delivered built or flat packed?

All our boxes are delivered flat packed unless a special request has been made.

Do you deliver overseas?

We can deliver overseas for an extra cost, this will depend where to and how big the items that you require are. 

Can I track my order?

Yes - once we dispatch we will email you your tracking information

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship with either Parcelforce, John Reid or direct delivery from our own vehicle

What do I do if I miss delivery?

The courier will leave you a card saying they have missed you and leave details so you can contact them to rearrange

What if I cannot see the box style I want online?

If you cannot see the style you are looking for, please email the sales team with an image of what you are looking for - someone will respond within 2 hours 

Are you based in the UK?

Quickbox are UK based and all our suppliers are all UK manufacturers, we are based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire! 

Is your live chat open 24/7

The Quickbox team monitor the live chat on evenings and weekends when the office is closed. You can always a expect a reply but between the hours of 11pm and 7am the chances are that there will be nobody to respond. We will however, respond as soon as we can! 

Is Quickbox environmentally friendly?

Yes 100% We use recycled material, we send nothing to landfill and only offer environmentally friendly products. Even the ink for our printer is water based! 

Is your site secure?

Yes, we ensure all your personal information is protected 

Do you ever share my details?

No, we will never share your details with a third party

Do I need to register?

Yes - we ask all our customers to register when placing their order, registering makes future orders much easier. It will keep all of your information stored on your account and will give you the option to reorder a previous order or look at the status of a current order. We will never share these details with third parties. 

How are my details stored?

Delivery and contact details are stored on our secure database, and we would never disclose these. Card details are not stored and automatically trasmitted direct to the bank - Quickbox does not hold ANY payment details.
