Customer Survey 2026
• The prize draw is open to customers and former customers of Quickbox who complete the customer survey.
• Three winners will be selected at random to receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
• Only one entry per business will be accepted. Multiple submissions from the same business may be disqualified.
• The prize draw will close once the survey period ends.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in the survey.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Quickbox reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Referral Programme
• The referral programme is open to existing Quickbox customers only.
• The referred business must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from or been in active discussions with Quickbox.
• The referral must be submitted through the official Quickbox referral form before the referred business places an order.
• A referral reward will only be issued once the referred business has completed and paid for their first order.
• Only one referral reward can be claimed per referred business. Where multiple referrals are received, the first valid submission will qualify.
• The referrer must have permission from the referred business to share their contact details with Quickbox.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
• Quickbox reserves the right to refuse or cancel referrals that are fraudulent, duplicate, or do not meet the programme criteria.
• Quickbox may amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
• By submitting a referral, both the referrer and referred business agree that Quickbox may contact them regarding their packaging requirements in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
