Quickbox Returns

Due to only selling bespoke packaging, we cannot accept returns or offer a refund unless the items we have provided are faulty.


If in the unlikely event the product is either faulty or damaged, please contact our returns team who will arrange this for you. In all instances, please contact them for a case reference before returning the goods.

Right To Cancel

As per the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.


We regret that this does not apply to bespoke packaging purchases such as boxes that have been produced using our Box Calculator online, or products that have been custom printed.


Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.


We will reimburse you in full for the product upon receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless these goods are faulty or we have delivered them to you in error.

UK Packaging EPR

What is the EPR packaging charge?

EPR is a UK Government scheme that makes businesses contribute towards the cost of dealing with household packaging waste.

GOV.UK explains that EPR:
“shifts the end-of-life costs of household packaging waste from taxpayers and local authorities to the producers who place packaging on the UK market”

When Quickbox supplies empty packaging, we are normally responsible for the EPR cost, so an EPR contribution will be added to your order.

The charge helps Quickbox recover the costs we have to pay under the Government’s EPR scheme.
