We understand the importance of making informed decisions about your packaging needs so do offer plain box samples for you to try. We charge a fixed rate per sample to cover the cost of machine set up, however, we will also issue a discount coupon which will deduct this cost off your total when you place your order. To order a sample please contact the team here.
Due to only selling bespoke packaging, we cannot accept returns nor offer a refund unless the items we have provided are faulty.
If in the unlikely event the product is either faulty or damaged please contact our returns team who will arrange this for you. In all instances, please contact them for a Case Reference before returning the goods.
