Orders are delivered between 8 AM and 5 PM on the given date. Standard deliveries are on an economy service with a two-day window. If needed, we offer Next Day, AM, Timed, or Saturday deliveries for a small fee—please contact us to arrange.

Deliveries are handled by a third-party courier or pallet network, with one-man kerbside delivery only. Moving goods on your property is at the driver’s discretion.

Drivers may refuse to leave goods in a specified location if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. We do not offer crane services and cannot lift goods over raised surfaces.

If no one is available to accept delivery and no suitable place is provided, a redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure we have a contact number and that someone is available on the delivery day.

If you authorise the driver to leave the pallet unattended, we are not liable for any issues that arise. Depots will not contact you for unattended deliveries.
